• Payment terms.
• Responsibilities of each party.
• Materials required to begin the project.
• Approval and delivery conditions.

6. Pricing and payments

Any prices published on the website are for guidance only and may change without prior notice.

Final amounts will be those stated in the business proposal approved by the client.

Erbion Link may require partial payments, deposits, or milestone payments depending on the type of project. Delivery of final files, publication of assets, or activation of development work may be conditional upon compliance with the agreed payment terms.

7. Deliverables, revisions, and approvals

Deliverables will be defined specifically for each project.

The client must review and approve work in progress within the agreed timeframes. Delays in providing materials, information, access credentials, or approvals may affect the project schedule.

Changes beyond the initially approved scope may be quoted as additional work.

8. Materials provided by the client

When the client provides text, images, logos, trademarks, databases, access credentials, photographs, videos, or other materials, the client represents that they hold all rights, permissions, or authorizations necessary for their use.

Erbion Link will not be responsible for claims arising from materials provided by the client without the necessary authorization.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the Erbion Link website, including text, design, structure, graphics, visual elements, code, creative resources, and branding, belongs to Erbion Link LLC or is used with the appropriate authorization.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

For work created for clients, ownership, usage licenses, delivery of editable files, and assignment terms will be defined in each proposal or business agreement.

10. Third-party services and platforms

Some services may require the use of external platforms such as hosting, domains, email tools, social networks, Meta, Google, analytics systems, stock image libraries, plugins, payment gateways, or technology providers.

Erbion Link does not control the operation, policies, availability, or technical changes of these external platforms. Nevertheless, it will make reasonable efforts to advise the client when a project depends on third-party tools.

11. Results and limitation of warranties

Erbion Link applies professional standards to improve its clients’ communication, digital presence, design, and website structure.

However, it does not guarantee specific business results, a particular level of sales, exact search engine rankings, automatic approval of advertising campaigns, or decisions made by external platforms.

Results may depend on many factors outside Erbion Link’s control, including budget, competition, market conditions, the commercial offer, user behavior, platform policies, and the client’s own actions.

12. Data protection

The processing of personal data through the website is governed by Erbion Link’s Privacy Policy.

Users may review that policy on the corresponding page and request deletion of their data by following the instructions published on the website.

13. Website availability

Erbion Link will make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
